30 June to 2 July 2027
This landmark event — the first WTC ever to be held in the United Kingdom — will be guided by the theme:
“From Mechanism to Meaning – The ABC of Tinnitus”,
emphasising the integration of Auditory science, Behavioural understanding, and Clinical innovation.
It also marks the return of the International Tinnitus Seminar to London for the first time since Professor Jonathan Hazell hosted the meeting in 1999 — a moment of special significance for the global tinnitus community and for UK-based professionals.
The scientific programme is structured around 11 thematic tracks, each led by internationally recognised experts in their respective fields. Of particular relevance to ENT UK is Track 10: Medical and Vascular Aetiologies of Tinnitus, which will be led by Professor Nish Mehta, Chair of Otology and Auditory Implants at the UCL Ear Institute and Dr Alain Londero, ENT and Tinnitus expert (France).
This track will explore conditions such as Meniere’s disease, otosclerosis, acoustic neuroma, and pulsatile tinnitus — all highly pertinent to ENT clinical practice and research.
We are also pleased to share that eminent otologists from France, Switzerland, Poland, and Germany are part of the international scientific faculty, further strengthening the congress’s global reach and clinical relevance.
The congress is honoured to have Professor Shakeel Saeed as its Honorary Patron, and Professor Pawel Jastreboff (USA) — a pioneer in tinnitus research and management — as Honorary President.
We would be delighted to explore partnership opportunities with IFOS, including:
- Partner recognition across all congress materials
- Speaking opportunities in sessions focused on clinical service development and ENT–audiology collaboration
- Joint initiatives to engage ENT professionals across the world
- Input into shaping medically focused components of the programme
We believe this partnership would reflect a shared commitment to advancing multidisciplinary, evidence-based tinnitus care. We would be pleased to arrange a meeting at your convenience to explore how we can collaborate.
